Can the range igniter be replaced for the inside. I have tried by it seems it needs access from the back of the stove for the electric plug. Do you have instructions for the replacement I can utilize. I don’t want to move from wall if it’s not going to help.
For model number CGY366P4M1W2
Hello Ben, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, you do not need to access the back of the range to replace the igniter plug. To replace the igniter, first remove the interior bottom panel from the oven. Then remove the gas valve shield and the small igniter cover. Pull the wires in and disconnect the plug. Then remove the screws from igniter and install the new igniter and reverse back the whole process. We hope this information helps!

I unscrewed the base where the electrode was attached to detached the electrode detached the wire to the electrode inserted new electrode with holding spring and clamp attached wire to electrode. I then put the base back on top and screwed in the two screws assembled the remaining parts and turned on the stove unit and it worked I am very happy.
