I need help to reset this unit please.After the power outage the display showed nothing beside backward "C". Thank You

Hi Duc, thank you for the question. Based on our research, the backward C code that you are referring to indicates that the oven has been set for sabbath mode. We are providing you with some instructions to exit the sabbath mode: 1. Touch the clear/off pad. 2. If the oven is cooking, wait for a random delay period of approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute, until only the backward C is in the display. 3. Press and hold both the bake and warm pads at the same time, until the display shows (SF). 4. Tap the delay start pad until (12 shdn) or (no shdn) appear on the display. (12 shdn) indicates that the oven will automatically turn off after 12 hours. (no shdn) indicates that the oven will not automatically turn off. 5. Touch the start pad. We hope this helps!

Oven Lamp Holder Burned
removed two phillips screws. Unplugged electrical connections replaced unit from PartSelect. They sent holder cover and new bulb (surprise). Great store with great directions.

defective temp. sensor
Removed oven from cabinet. unblug old sensor pluged in new and reinstalled oven. Esay repair though wish oven was designed so did not have to pull itout of cabinet which requires disconect electric cabel
