Suddenly all burners not getting hot. Checked burner parts and diffusers, all clean. Valves fully open, no kinks in gas supply line.

Hello Patrick, thank you for the question. We recommend you also check if the regulator is supplying gas to the gas inlet tube. A faulty gas regulator, part number PS4082559, can also stop the flow of gas. If that does not help, we would suggest replacing the spark module, paper number PS12742738. We hope this helps.
I got really great customer service on finally getting the right part. It came really fast it fit perfect but the cap is a high gloss black instead of a flat black. I will need to call customer service again to see if they can the correct color this time. Otherwise everything was great!
