cold water does not come out of my washing machine:(

I recently changed the shift actuator and the split h it ran fine for the first load on the second load it made a very loud grinding noise now it will not spin not sure if it’s even agitating

My washer shakes hard and bangs during the spin cycle.

Hello Jared, thank you for getting in touch. A washing machine is banging or shaking hard during the spin cycle because of worn suspension rods or an unbalanced load. Check the suspension rods, part number PS11703288, which connect the tub to the washer's chassis, for cracks or bending. If the rods are worn out or bent, the washer will shake. We hope this helps.
