I have replaced the ice maker and water inlet valve and still have no power to ice maker..i tried the jumper thing and still no movement from the motor ...i'm stuck

Hi Harold, thank you for your question. If you are still not getting any power to your ice maker you may actually have to take a look at your wiring and your electronic control board for potentially being the issue. It sounds like that might be the case for you. Good luck with your repair.

Can you get the front cover of the ice maker that directs the ice to the ice dispenser

We have researched your model and found that the Cover does not come separately, you may need to replace the whole Ice Bucket and Auger Assembly, part number PS11752873. We hope this helps! If that does not take care of the issue, we would suggest checking the dispenser solenoid, part number PS2069887. frost builds up until reduced cooling and no ice. defrost cools for a short time. same problem. are all auto defrost controls on same circuit board?will replacing board fix problem?

Hello Joseph, thank you for contacting us. Before replacing the board, we recommend checking the defrost thermostat, part number PS11743689. It controls the heat cycle that is necessary for defrosting. If this does not help, the issue is probably related to the control board, part number PS11752535. It manages many functions of the refrigerator, such as defrosting times. Replacing the board is the most viable solution to the problem. Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.

The poorly designed deli drawer lid tab broke off
Removed the fruit & veggie drawers & the deli (pantry) drawer. Took out the 3 screws, removed the attached parts, put them on the replacement part, reattached it and put the drawers back in.
Here's the part I want to share: PartSelect had a expanded diagram showing the correct part and sufficiently detailed to figure out the repair before the part arrived. That's why I ordered from them. Secondly, I ordered the part Thursday morning--and the thing was sitting on my porch when I came back in from my evening out Saturday--2 days later!!!

Dropped a jug and broke the lower drawer hinge pin
Remove food off of lower shelf, remove the two produce drawers, remove large lower drawer, remove glass shelf, remove three screws holding end cap in place. Once end cap was removed the drawer track could be removed and placed on new end cap. Installation of new end cap took less than 5 minutes. Most of the time spent was removing/replacing food and cleaning the shelf/bins. PartSelect was awesome BTW!
