I PUT THE MODEL NUMBER IN TO FIND A TIMER THAT CONTROLS CYCLES AND MAYTAG KEEPS PULLING UP -I THOUGHT WHIRLPOOL MADE AMANA ANYWAYS MY DISHWASHER WON'T GO THROUGH THE WASH CYCLE THEN THE RINSE OR DRY =SOMETIMES IT WILL SOMETIMES IT WONT -ITS A TOUCH PAD SO I THOUGHT THAT WAS MESSING UPOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED MAYBE ITS THE CONTACTS- OR ITS THE TIMER . PLEASE ADVICE

Hi Timothy, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the control board, part number PS11769628, needs to be replaced. The faulty control board is failing to send the signal to the drain pump automatically at the end of the normal wash cycle. We hope this solves your problem!
I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!
My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters once a month, so hopefully that’ll help keep them clean. Very easy replacement even for an old woman.
