I'm trying to grease the pulley it's hard to turn on

Hi Emilio, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, if the pulley is hard to turn on, you may follow the instructions below to grease it: 1- Remove the pulley. 2- Apply some grease around the bearing area of the pulley with the help of a piece of cloth. 3- Keep rotating the pulley until it is no longer hard to turn it. 4- Remove the excessive grease. 5- Reinstall the pulley.
