Microwave unit completely shut down with no control panel display lighting, interior lighting, or control operations. The voltage supply circuit to the microwave tripped a house breaker when the unit failed. Restoration of the power to the supply circuit did not reactivate the unit. Could be a transformer failure inside the unit. The microwave is 4 years old. Any suggestions on how to proceed with a diagnosis?

Hello William, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing or replacing the Fuse. When the fuse blows, it will cut power to the appliance. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!
Microwave keeps tripping breaker at breaker box. Confirmed that plug and breaker are not faulty. Any ideas on which internal part has failed??

Hello Chris, thank you for your inquiry. We believe your microwave is having this problem because of the faulty door interlock switch, part number PS12071303. Check the switch for continuity. If found defective, replace the switch. We hope this solves your problem!
Heard a pop like the sound when heating bag of vegetables an it pops open. After that the microwave did not have any power but the circuit breaker was not tripped. At that point the microwave was dead. I plugged a test lite in the microwave outlet and it worked so that it showed me it was the microwave and not the outlet. What is my problem? Thanks for your help. Glenn
