Hello Johnny, thank you for reaching out. We have provided some relevant instructions which may not be of the exact same model but will help in gaining the access to the fuse. In order to gain the access to the microwave fuse, you just need to un-thread the screws securing the back panel. Then un-thread all the screws present on the top and sides, securing the top panel. Check carefully that no screws are left on any side that attaches to the top panel. Lift the top panel up. You will have access to the noise filter and the fuse is located on the noise filter. Remove vent cover then remove touch screen control panel. When you remove control panel take photo of where everything is plugged in then unplug and remove control panel. 3 door switches located next to door in a plastic chassis. Test each switch with current tester. Remove the bad switch and replace with the new one. You tube DIY helped.
First thing I dir was search YouTube for any related videos and found this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHj4H9Fdxrc, it was the exact problem my microwave was exhibiting. Once I verified the problem by troubleshooting, I removed the part and verified that the switches were working fine, the door latch assembly showed signs of wear which was the cause of the problem. After receiving the replacement part I installed it, verified that power was restored to the unit and reassembled the microwave, works fine, hope it lasts a long time!
My grandfather who is well versed as an electrician checked my microwave out because it wasn't worked. He used a multimeter to check electric current to parts in the microwave. He said a specific thermostat was not getting any current going through. I ordered that replacement part from this site and when it came in it didn't have current running through it either. He said he thought the part that was given to me was faulty. I called this companies number to ask some questions but the machine said they aren't taking any inquiry calls because of the pandemic right now. So I currently don't know what the problem is with my microwave. I want to return the part but unfortunately during Christmas time the packaging got thrown away. So as of right now I'm out the part money and probably money to buy a new appliance.
