My air conditioner is not blowing cold air....basically tepid. Any suggestions?
For model number 58074124400
Hello Cynthia, thank you for getting in touch. A dirty or clogged air filter can reduce the air conditioner's ability to cool effectively. Check and clean the air filter. Check the evaporator and condenser coils. If there's ice formation on the cooling coil behind the inlet grille. If you find ice, turn off the air conditioner and let it defrost. Then, set the mode to "Fan" and the fan speed to "High" to help defrost the coil. We hope this helps.

very tight working situations. made a mistake with a delicate piece of the fan and broke it and that rendered the part unuseful. Since I broke it I considered it to be my fault and just threw it away. Ordered another from another company hoping that just maybe it would be more durable. It arrived in only 4 days. Yours took well over a week to arrive. Thanks for asking for my experience.
