There is a stale smell coming from my refrigerator. I don.T have spoiled food inside and there is not an icemaker connected. Is there a tray underneath that needs to be cleaned?

Thank you for your question. There is a drain trough near the evaporator coils that may need cleaning. If this is not where the smell is coming from, give the refrigerator a good cleaning with a vinegar/water solution. Once you have done a thorough cleaning, leave a fresh box of baking soda inside the refrigerator to absorb odors. We hope this helps! If you have questions, please let us know.
