Unit would run continuously and not shut off
Removed the front cover and then the humidistat from the bracket. Two push on wire connectors and then reversed. Very straightforward and excellent part matching. Given the prices for new dehumidifiers it was great to breathe life back into this unit which does its job well. Thanks for the easy to use web site and fast fast service!

fan motor had froze up (not turning)
Took unit outside
removed the covers
cleaned dust and lint out with high pressure air
removed motor and tryed to repair it
when this didnt work I took it in to my desk and ordered a new motor on-line, this was at 2:30
the next day at 10;30 the new motor arrived via UPS. I installed it and the unit has run fine ever since.

The float turned up missing during a move to another city.
The repair was just putting the float into the inside of the tank itself and then, inserting the two pins (left and right) into each slot so the float operates up and down freely.
