This engine is in a Craftsman self propelled lawn mower and i'm trying to fix it for grand daughter, is there a repair manual for this engine?

I ordered the parts as there were only three screws and two bolts that needed to come out and then thenew ones go back in. Everything went just as planned...….well except the two bolts that where included by Briggs and Stratton appear to be 1/8-1/4" too short and now both of the threaded holes in the engine are now stripped and the quick easy repair is now a bust and not repairable by me.
This has nothing to do with PartSelect.com as they just shipped the Briggs and Stratton part box.
