I have water pooling in the bottom of my fridge and actually overflowing the bottom to the point of running out and leaking all over my floor. I think a plastic piece may have been removed by someone staying here trying to fit a milk gallon in. Is there supposed to be a piece on the top of the inside of the fridge part that routes defrost drainage to a run out area and ultimately to the evaporator tray in the back? I think I'm missing this "routing" piece and is it available for replacement? I can't find any pictures that match my model or show the inside of my model any more. Thank you! The temp is set to the minimum recommended setting but there is freezing also occurring in my main fridge section, which is why I have it set to the minimum recommended.

I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck let's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
I unplugged the fridge.Removed the thermostat casing located in the lower part of the refridgerator by removing a few screws. disconnected the wiring plug from the relay board-connected the new board-screwed the new board inplace-put the casing back and replaced those screws. turned fridge back on and HOORAY off we went. i want to add frinding the part and recieving it so quickly was also part of a great savings to me!
