Why me refrigerator not cooling? Apparently the middle wall freezes and when I unplug it for 24 hours the refrigerator and freezer starts to cool.

Hello Inma, Thank you for the question. This normally indicates an issue with the Defrost. We suggest testing the Defrost Heater. Using a multimeter across the the terminals there should be a resistance of 21 to 27 ohms resistance. You can also test the Defrost Thermostat ,With the Thermostat warmed up to room temperature the sensor should read approximately 6.2K Ohms at 68°F. With the thermistor submerged is a glass full of ice water, the sensor should be very close to 32°F which should read approximately 16.3K Ohms. We hope this helps!
Thanks to the pictorial diagram, I was able to order correct parts. It was just a matter of removal of broken parts and replacing them. Ice maker now working and air is no longer getting into freezer which was freezing up ice maker. Thanks for timely delivery, now I am able to use ice dispenser, which I haven't used for long time. Thanks
