There are four knobs on our dryer: three small ones (1 inch diameter) - one each for temperature, extended tumble, and signal on/off. The other one is for cycle setting - this is the one which broke. It is larger - 2 inch diameter. This is the one I ordered. The one I actually received was one of the small ones. It does fit on, and I am able to turn it and adjust cycle setting with this. It is not as easy to use as the large one. Of the four knobs, this is the one which is used the most - every time a load is run. So since I paid a fair sum for what looks like a cheaply made plastic part, it is disappointing to get the wrong one. However I am thankful that at least the dryer is now useable.
