Does this part come with the screws?

I was looking for a part for my refrigerator that will fasten the handle to the bottom loading freezer. You suggest handle fastener, part number ps1560825. But while this is the link between the handle and the door, there seems to be a smaller screw that goes up into the handle from below to secure the handle to part number ps1560825. Does this incredibly small part exist?

I am looking to replace the freezer door handle. I put a different door on but my handle is too long. Is there another shorter handle available for this style of fridge? the distance between screws on door is 18.5" the original one was 21"
