The control panel does not light up at all. Though, the oven lights work. Will this part solve that problem?
For model number PLEB27T8CCB
Hi Brain,
Thank you for your question. If the oven is not working, this is one part that you may need to check.
You will also need to check the electronic control board, the oven sensor, and the wiring between them to see which part is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Both bottom elements will not turn on in my double oven
For model number Pleb27t8ccb
Hello Mitch, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the Temperature Sensor part PS820208, the Upper Oven Relay Board with Transformer part PS441326, or the Thermal Switch part PS440675. We hope this helps.

We need to replace the "sticker" - it will no longer allow us to "turn on" the bake option or kitchen timer option. We had a repair person look at the oven - but are confused as to whether we can just replace the "sticker" or if we need a whole new panel? And is that still available for this particular make/model?Thank you!

Hello Barbara, Thank you for contacting us. I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you are looking for is PartSelect Number PS441626. I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There is no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. Hope this helps!

How difficult is it to replace upper oven relay board with transformer part #: Ps441326? We were told to contact the manufacturer which we did, they just pointed us to repair persons. We've already ordered the part from you - is this something we should be able to readily figure out ourselves? Frustrated that there does not seem to be anywhere we can get basic instructions or see a repair video.

Hello Anita,
Thank you for writing. When installing the new relay board, take pictures of the wiring set up on the original board, since the wires are color coded, all you need to do is match the same connections as they fit on the original. If there are any extra or missing wires that weren't on the original, just wire them up safely unplugged and it should work fine. Hope this helps!

The top oven does not reach proper temperature, though the bottom oven does. The top oven is about 25-30 cooler then set. Again, bottom oven gets to the correct temp.
For model number PLEB30T8CCB
Hello Steve, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Temperature Sensor, PartSelect Number PS820208. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!
