My control panel has some buttons that do not work. Mostly bottom half. (higher numbers and clock set button). I had read that the ribbon cable is probably loose but i unpluged it an pluged it back in and also cleaned connection with alcohol with no results. Can you help.
For model number Pvm1870sm1ss
Hi Michelle,
Thank you for your question. It sounds like your electronic control board might need to be replaced on your appliance. If not, the only other part it could be is your touch pad. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
