My Machine Fills and then does nothing would this be the circulation pump? when I press and hold the drain button the water Does pump out. and which is the part # for that pump Thank You.

We have researched your model and if the machine is filling but does not start, we would recommend checking the diverter motor, the dishwasher circulation pump motor PS12070585, door latch, and the electronic control. Also, check the circulation pump, part number PS12113985, and ensure that it is functional. It pumps water through the spray arms during the dishwashing cycle and plays a crucial role in cleaning. Please check the diverter motor, part number PS5136127, as well. It controls the flow of water to the spray arms. When the door is closed, the drain cycle runs (I can hear the flow into my incinerator). After that the cycle on the door shows washing. Usually if I open the door during this cycle to add another dish, the water cycle will stop and the rush of water can be seen flowing into the tub. Recently, there is no wash happening, even though the entire cycle runs. The soap door opens, and the pod drops, but because the water is not flowing, nothing gets washed. Whick part could be the problem?

Intermittent problem. Water does not "completely" Drain all the time, 1/4 to 1/2 inch of water in bottom
Some of the time. No clogs in filter, drain lines short of pump And motor. Help?

Hello John, Thank you for the question. This normally means the drain pump is not draining fast enough before the timer times out at the end of the Drain Cycle. If All the drain hoses and the pump was checked for clogs, you may need to have the weak Drain Pump replaced. We hope this helps!
