I am getting the "F2E1" error code which should mean "stuck button". Unfortunately for me, the two stuck buttons are the most important ones to clear codes, the "cancel" and the "3" in order to scroll through the menus in diagnostic mode. Do I need to buy this entire top piece that includes the touch panel to fix? Just took it all apart and the touch panel doesn't really want to separate itself from the stainless steel top cover? Help!

Hi George, thank you for reaching out. The F2E1 error code means that there may be a problem with the user interface or keypad. We would recommend resetting the unit by powering it off and turn it on back after 60 seconds. If the error persists, then you may need to replace the control panel, part number PS11769917, to fix the issue. Sadly, the keypad is not sold separately and comes as a part of the control panel. We hope this sorts out your problem!
