Dishwasher will not dry. Element and hi-limit thermostat replaced. Old and new parts test ok. Still wont dry. Element is same temp as water. There was a power outage during wash cycle. Could something in the control panel got fried if power surged when it came back on? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks chet
For model number Whirlpool dishwasher WDT780SAEM1
Hi Chet,
Thank you for your inquiry. If you have already replaced the heating element and the thermsotat, you will need to use a multimeter and check the control panel, the wiring between the control panel and the electronic control board and the electronic control to verify what part is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
