Water slowly leaks into washer tub overnight. Intake valves or pressure sensor?
For model number EFLS517SIW0
Hi Ray, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the inlet valve assembly, part number PS11766077. If the water inlet valve fails, it will let the water leak into the washer tub. We hope this solves your problem!

Have an E11 error code on my washer (meaning it’s slow to fill with water). Purchased this valve to repair it but now getting an E35 error and a loud noise when water filling. Is there a different sensor that should be replaced instead? Thank you
For model number EFLS527UIW1
Hi Joel, thank you for the question. According to our research, E35 error code indicates that the washer drum is over filling. We would recommend replacing the water level pressure switch, part number PS11766131, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!

Fabric softener remains in dispenser. Tried cleaning out the dispenser holes and didn’t work. Looking to replace the water valve assembly next?
For model number EFLS617STT0
Hi Anthony, thank you for reaching out. Before replacing the water valve assembly, we would suggest putting the vinegar in the detergent dispenser and run any cycle with no clothes. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the detergent dispenser, part number PS2358659. We hope this solves your problem!

Soap and softener do not go out of dispenser every wash cycle
For model number EIFLW55HMB0
Hello Larry, Thank you for the question. In most cases this is caused by a build up of soap. We suggest removing the trays and clean any build up preventing the water from rinsing the soap from the dispenser. We hope this helps!
