I found the original replacement part myself when my repair guy couldn't
Our Kitchen Aid stove (almost 10 yrs old) just stopped working one day with no notice or previous problems. Naturally we called our appliance repair guy who came and diagnosed the problem and said he would search for a new control unit and get back to us. Two days later he gave us theeeeeee bad news. Nothing available from any of the sources he used and also from KitchenAid because the unit had been discontinued. His only solution was to purchase a new unit - stove and integrated microwave unit would set us bad somewhere between $8,000 - $9000 or so or find the part myself and he would install. I searched the internet and called dealers across Canada and the US. finding nothing until I came across Part Select in Brampton. Their website is informative, user friendly and they stock an amazing number of parts, one of which was exactly the original Kitchen Aid replacement I needed. I immediately called their customer service (in Canada no less) and in 10 minutes had secured the part I needed which was then couriered to me the next day. These guys are great to deal with and I love buying in Canada when I can.

Hi when selecting any options for using the microwave, touchpad and functions work fine, but once you hit start and microwave starts running, 10 seconds or so in the clock stops counting down and the tray stops turning and cooking stops. You can trick it and run at 80% and it will run or even over counting a minute by putting 3:69 in it starts and auto corrects the time and it will run as it should for 4:09 actual mins, but minute plus or similar under 1 min run times result in a “ freeze” of operating. The light stays on and fan running but no tray rotation and no heating ability. Does this sound unlikely to be the touch controls and more like main control? Oven struggles with temp display being accurate as well, oven glitch started some time ago and is inconsistent, microwave was instant and consistent failure. That was a mouthful, sorry. Any help appreciated.

My 10-year-old KitchenAid wall oven stopped working while using the convection bake. The Error code was F1E1 Error Relay Board. After resetting the alarm, I tried to start the oven again. The display wanted to input temp for probe and asking in install probe. Could you help with some trouble shooting tips and what possible boards I require to replace.
