washer failed to start and run
researched machine repair history online, determined circuit board was most likely at fault. Ordered new board and tech service sheet. installed new board - no change. used tech sheet to trouble sheet using suggested process. determined control panel was really at fault specifically p12 line was open. ordered new control panel installed within 15-20 minutes and machine then, after a calibration run, performed as designed.

Our dishwasher has always worked fine, but last night I went to use it and the start button would not light up. I hit the cancel button and it came on and just kept blinking along with the cycle button. We disconnected the power and put it back on, but it still does the same thing. Looking at different troubleshooting videos we think maybe it might be the touch & control panel. What is your answer?
