Oven will not work all connection are tight and the heating elements have continuity

Hello Scott, thank you for writing. One of the reasons may be the Igniter PartSelect Number PS243288. And the second issue may be Oven Temperature Control Thermostat PartSelect Number PS10065139. We hope this helps.
