Washer goes thru cycle shows fast spin then goes into no spin cycle

Washing machine stops mid-cycle and will only run intermittently.

Washer would not drain
Removed 2 Hose clamps with pliers. Unplug power source from drain pump. Unscrew 2 mounting screws with 5/16" nut-driver then replace unit in reverse sequence...... Very simple.

broken shock absorber
after pulling pins and installing new shocks, the washer still made loud ,disturbing sounds during use. Did some more investigating, turns out the inner bearings on the drum are bad. Apparently a problem with this model. Probably why the original shocks broke in the first place.
