INTERIOR LIGHTS GOING OUT
For model number WRF555SDFZ05
Hi Gilbert,
Thank you for your question. If the lights inside the refrigerator are not working, you will need to check the light switch, the LED module and the light socket. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hi Edward,
Thank you for your question. If the door ajar icon is lit, see if the doors are sealing properly. According to the Whirlpool website, if the doors are not making contact with the door switch the door ajar symbol will appear on the display. Check to make sure bins, shelves or food packages are not preventing the door(s) from closing correctly. Check to make sure the refrigerator is leveled front to back and side to side to ensure the door switch is making proper contact. Check to make sure the floor under the refrigerator is also level. If the floor is not level shims may need to be used. If you have any questions, please let us know. We look forward to hearing from you!

Right side refrigerator door (not ice maker door) will not stay closed. When opening left side door the right door pops open a 1/2 inch or so. From looking on YOUTUBE it may be door cam at base of door which looks like 2 plastic pieces and screws.
However I can’t find part numbers
For model number WRF555SDFZ05
Hello Diana, thank you for reaching out. Check to see if the refrigerator door gasket is sealing properly. If not, wash the entire gasket with baking soda and water (1 part baking soda to 3 parts water), especially on the hinge side. Then, lubricate the hinge side of the gasket with paraffin wax (not candle wax). Make sure there is nothing in the refrigerator that is preventing a door from closing tightly. If this does not help, you will need to replace the mullion rail, part number PS11738601. We hope this information is useful!
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
Removed the fruit & veggie drawers & the deli (pantry) drawer. Took out the 3 screws, removed the attached parts, put them on the replacement part, reattached it and put the drawers back in.
Here's the part I want to share: PartSelect had a expanded diagram showing the correct part and sufficiently detailed to figure out the repair before the part arrived. That's why I ordered from them. Secondly, I ordered the part Thursday morning--and the thing was sitting on my porch when I came back in from my evening out Saturday--2 days later!!!
Remove food off of lower shelf, remove the two produce drawers, remove large lower drawer, remove glass shelf, remove three screws holding end cap in place. Once end cap was removed the drawer track could be removed and placed on new end cap. Installation of new end cap took less than 5 minutes. Most of the time spent was removing/replacing food and cleaning the shelf/bins. PartSelect was awesome BTW!
