Hello Doug, thank you for your question. If the display screen isn't coming on the replacement part you would need to replace is CNTRL-ELEC Part #: PS11703485. This is the display board behind the control panel. I hope this helps.

Hello Michelle, thank you for contacting us. It looks like your oven is overheating which is blowing the fuse. There can be several parts responsible for the issue. We would recommend testing the temperature sensor, part number PS11731446, the bake element, part number PS16555332, and the broil element, part number PS11751382, for continuity using a multimeter. When any of these parts is shorted, it can cause overheating which will blow the thermal fuse, part number PS11756138. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.

I bought this oven new in Aug 2019, while using the bake function @250 it burnt the top of my caramel popcorn within 10 minutes of being in the oven. Is this a bake element issue? I have two thermometers in the oven and it wasn't even at temperature yet. I'd noticed a few days ago my cookies were darker on top than usual - but thought I'd just left them an extra minute. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello Shelly, Based on the description that you have provided, the issue is most probably with the temperature sensor, part number PS11731446. It measures the temperature inside the oven. We would recommend replacing it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!

Just quit working after 5 years of hardly any use. Has power to certain points inside and the thermal resistor seems good as it has 110 through. I do not see anything burnt anywhere. No display whatsoever and will not turn on. Any ideas?

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

After running oven in BROIL for lengthy period, entire oven shut off, thermal fuse blown
USE 2 PEOPLE FOR SAFETY! SWITCH OFF OVEN POWER BREAKER!! Remove screws attaching oven to wall opening, slide out entire oven just far enough to get to 2 screws on either side of controls, remove those screws (may need stubby screwdriver), lift control front, opens forward, have 2nd person hold control panel cover while removing centered thermal fuse (plugs on both ends, may need needle-nose pliers to grip plug on fuse.) Remove old fuse, plug in new one. Close control panel, replace side screws, TEST POWER BEFORE pushing oven back into wall, replace wall-holding screws. Less than 30 minutes. EXTRA PERSON MAKES EASY!

Thermal fuse blew while oven was in use and we had a power outage.
Thanks to PartSelect they suggested to try a new thermal fuse first. They also gave a brief description of how to install it. There advice was right on. Replaced the fuse in about 20 minutes from throwing the breaker to turning it back on.

Instructions: Turn off breaker. Remove oven door. Remove screws holding it to cabinet. Remove racks. Slide oven out about four inches. Remove four screws holding control panel. Remove thermal fuse. Replace thermal fuse and put it back together.

Thank you PartSelect. Thermal fuse cost me about $28.00 with shipping. This repair would have cost a couple of hundred if I had to call a repair technician.
