Upper rack broken on right side

Hello Judy, thank you for contacting us. The broken rack on your model is replaceable with the upper dishrack, part number PS11753469. We would recommend replacing it. We hope this sorts out your problem!
This unit will not wash the dishes the pump does not spray water around it fills with water we cleaned the filters but still no cleaning action

Hello Carlotta, if your Dishwasher is not washing the dishes well nor drying, you may have to replace the Heater. The heating element is used to create heat during the dry cycle and increase water temperature during portions of the wash cycle. I hope this helps.
Isn't washing dishes but goes thru the wash cycle and when done it says clean but not clean....you can hear the pump working and water drains but not sure if pump is pumping like it should....another thing is you can't hear it cycle the watershed running like the pressure isn't there to spin the sprayers....if that makes sense.... thanks

Hi Ryan, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description you have provided, it seems that there is an issue with the circulation pump, part number PS16744935. It moves the water through the spray arms to clean the dishes. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!
Trial and error. The instructions from Whirlpool included with the part had minuscule pictures so it was hard to follow. The written instructions were good. But "a picture is worth a thousand words." Eventually it worked. The metal replacement part is much better the the plastic original. Not a good reflection on Whirlpool.
