Dryer not getting close as dry as it should at times. Still slightly damp (i.e. towels). On sanitize I hear a clicking sound towards the end of the drying cycle. On Heavy Duty it doesn't seem to have the problem but not sure. Purchased June 2011.

Hello Darrell, Thank you for writing. After the Vent is cleaned out, we suggest also cleaning the Vent hose and make sure it is sitting evenly with no bends or kinks. Clean out the Exhaust Duct the Lint Filter fits into. Check the filter and parts to the Filter to make sure nothing is worn or damaged and allowing Lint through tot he venting system. We hope this information helps!
The door had always opened with the wrong swing and it wasn't til I needed to repair this that I noticed you could change the swing. I changed the swing of the door and then noticed that the clip was included on both sides so i did not need to repair the catch. I still have the part so when it breaks again, I can just pop it in.
I asked for advise, looked around and priced heating elements and thermostats. This was the best combo offered for the price given. It was shipped and received it very quick. Installed it and 5 minutes later, she was running like a champ!
