The heat takes like 10 minutes before it's warm would that be maybe a cleaning issue in the machine or is there some thing elese i could do

Blower fan motor not working. Partselect representative he guide me. Make sure new motor diameter is wide. Purchase motor with mounting bracket. Old motor bracket will not working . my Ptac after installing new motor running smoothly.
Pulled PTAC out of wall sleeve, unhook wire harness from control area, remove condenser shroud and motor and fan blade all at the same time. Replaced motor bracket and re-installed in reverse order.
