My Frigidaire Fridge is getting ICE buildup on the inside bottom of the Freezer side. When this goes through defrost we end up with puddles of water on floor in front of fridge. i have checked the the water inlet valve and it appears fine and and dry in back area. The Fridge has no problem with temperatures on the freezer or fridge side. The problem with the water coming out from the freezer bottom side has created signs of rust buildup right below the freezer door side. We have kept a folded towel in the Front of Fridge for about a month now but i know this problem needs to be fixed. the ice build up on the freezer side bottom is about 1" (IN) Thick and during the next thawl will just run outside of freezer side collecting in bottom seams and then onto floor. Please let me know a way to fix.
THANKS, Dave

The lever to dispense water / ice has broken at the hinge. Can i replace just the lever, or do i need to replace the entire assembly? How do i remove the old assembly, or lever? I can't find anyway to access it, i don't see any screws, etc, to remove it.

Hello Brian,
Thank you for your question. You would need to buy the whole dispenser module assembly under part PS10060200 for your model since it is not available separately. We hope this helps.
Which water filter do I need for this model for replacement? Where can I buy it ?

In my specific appliance the water valve is located in the bottom right hand corner looking at it from the back. To get to it I remove the thin layer of cardboard the covers the back of the fridge. I then proceeded to disconnect the 1/4" copper tubing which is the water feed coming out of the wall. Then I removed the screws that hold the valve assembly in place. I took the water valve out and removed the electrical connections as well as the plastic tubing which feed the water dispenser and the ice maker. To install the new water valve it was just a matter of reversing steps.
