Service Tech Melted the funnel and housing for the ice maker
The trim, funnel and housing were removed. I exchanged the small electrical part to the new housing and reinstalled the housing, funnel and trim. It took longer to get the tool then it took to make the repair.

How to install the ice chute funnel extension (which just fell off) on my refrigerator?
For model number PSC23SGRBSS
Hi Roblyn, Thank you for the question. You will need to line up the funnel extension with the lip of the dispensing funnel. Slip the lip of the dispensing funnel into the funnel extension channel. Push and work the funnel extension around the lip of the funnel. Continue working it around until the dispensing funnel extension fits securely around the funnel. Hope this helps!
