Vegetable pan cover broke down the middle
When the cover came to my apartment, I crossed my fingers that the piece would fit . Well, within 5 minutes the old cover was out and the new cover in. And it looks better than new! Finally, I don't have to hold my vegetable drawers up with a D battery!

The edge of the vegetable pan cover broke at the edge.
No tools required! The replacement pan cover was shipped and arrived within 3 days. I pulled out the drawers, then the cover. Slipped the new one in, slipped in the drawers and it was finished.

Vegetable Pan Cover Cracked
Removed 2 vegetable drawers and phone book and cd case supporting the vegetable drawers. Removed food items sitting on top. Lifted out cracked pan cover and put in place the new one. Reinserted all items originally removed except for phone book and cd case. It was a perfect fit and probably the easiest repair job I have ever done. I do not know why I waited 2 years to find the part.

Broken veg. cover/combination shelf
I purchase a new veg. shelf cover and an additional shelf for my refrigerator. The parts came quickly and I am very happy with the new parts. I have posted your web site on my favorite for future use.
I opened the refrigator door and inserted the shelf where the missing one shoud have went and I remoed the old Vegetable bin cover and replaced it with the new one.-----JOB DONE !
The best part was ease of ordering and next day delivery! The install was a no-brainer. I was more than impressed with the ease of access to the parts and speed of delivery.
The vegetable pan cover was cracked. I bought the unit new and there was support rail installed ... main cause why it cracked.
I bought both a support rail and a vegetable pan cover because the parts diagram was unclear. Anyway, the new vegetable pan cover is well built and does not require a support rail. So I just slid the new pan cover which was a perfect fit.
After looking at our broken bottom shelf in the fridge many times a day for over a year, I finally got around to doing something about it. So glad that I did! First of all, the part was shipped amazingly quickly. I had it within two days (at regular shipping). Secondly, it was a cinch to install. What a world of difference! The only caveat is that the new shelf fits quite snugly. If you don't give the refrigerator door an extra push to close it, the door does not seal. Just a new habit we have to get into.

What are the dimensions of the crisper drawer cover?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the manufacturer does not give us exact dimensions on their parts. This part though is on a grid background of one inch squares. So this part is approximately, 25" x 20". I hope this helps. Good luck with your repair.

I have broken the 2 glass shelving inserts, this shleving is part of the shelve that holds the crisper drawers.Do i order the entire shelving frame and glass or just the glass and what is the order #

I tried to get a replacement for this part and was told it's not a good part number. However it's printed on the shelf itself. i was told the item number that is correct for this model # is a different #. i ordered it because i was told the other is no good. very strange that the # printed on the item is not in your records. did the #'s change??? the item # on the crisper draw top is 197d4944cav1

We took out the fruit & veg crispers. Unfortunately we cannot get the glass top to re-install. I don't see a way to slide it in to be flush with top of the bin. The manual with the unit is useless for detail on the glass.
