I have burners that are intermittent and behaving oddly. The front burners turn on sometimes but not others. Occasionally, if i turn on a rear burner, the front burner on the same side will turn on as well. Is this a problem with the relay board?

My oven will not heat at all, and the broiler will not turn on either. The range top appears to be working fine. 2 days ago while baking i did smell something electrical and hot, the next day it wouldn't heat. I am getting an f9 code. I have pulled it out and unplugged it to rest, but it still won't heat. Is this an issue with the relay?

If the Control Panel Display lights up error code “F-9” it means oven failed at exceeding 150ºF after 5 minutes of preheating, which indicates a faulty thermostat PS3530468 and/or temperature sensor PS6883927 you should check the part(s) for signs of damage, and replace as necessary. My oven will not heat to the proper temperature, for example when we set it for 350 degrees the oven will say pre-heated and the actual temp is 270 degrees. Also, it will not go above 330 no matter what you set it to. Any ideas? I hate to buy the oven control board if it is not the issue.

Thanks for your question. This problem could be due to the thermostat of your oven. If you have a multimeter, try testing the part for continuity and replace it if it shows no continuity.

Was told by rep on phone that we need a motherboard for our range. The stove shows no power whatsoever. Part# ebr74164805 for the relay control panel.I looked up parts and only a relay control panel above was listed. Is this the same as a motherboard?

Hi, This board fits my LG stove, LRE3083ST, but I need to know if it controls ONLY the oven, or if it has anything to do with the stovetop burners. My left front burner is acting up, sometimes comes on, sometimes doesn't. I replaced the burner, still acting up. I replaced the PCB control board EBR64624907 for the burners, and nope, still acting up. Could this power control board (EBR74164805) be the problem, or would it more likely be the main control board (EBR77562705) since the controls for the burner board do have connectors to the main board? Sorry so long, but if you can help, most appreciated. Frank
