Product Description

Water Fill Nozzle Specifications

This part is the replacement water fill nozzle for your washer. It is white and tan in color, made of plastic, and is approximately 7 inches long and 4 inches wide. The water fill nozzle is also known as the water inlet assembly and directs the fill water into the tub. Over time the nozzle can become cracked and damaged, and this can cause it to leak. A damaged nozzle will need to be replaced. Be sure to disconnect the water supply to the washer before you begin this repair. You should also determine if any of the other parts that transport water into the washer are leaking, including the water inlet hose, and if they need to be repaired as well. This part is sold individually and is a genuine OEM part.

Water dripping into washer when not in use
I had to replace the water fill nozzle on my GE washer, and having the instruction video on the parts page is a real time-saver. It shows how to remove each part on your washer in order to access the area where the part needs to be replaced. Start to finish, about 20 minutes. Easy peasy.

Water dripping into the washer when washer was not in use
I followed instructional video on partselect.com, it was very easy, but it didn't take care of the problem. I got to to order "TRIPLE WATER VALVE" and that did the trick. After opening the washer first time (for water fill nozzle), it took me even less time. You don't have to take the front panel off to replace the water valve.

Water Leaks
I pulled the top off of the washer and found that my leak was coming from a small hole in the hose and water inlet. I had to remove 2 small bolts and a hose clamp to remove the old part,I did the reverse to install new part.

Does this piece stop the flow of water into drum
PartSelect logo
Hi Jim, Thank you for the question. The water pressure switch or timer will tell the valve when to turn off. It will depend on the model number. If you can provide a model number of the appliance we will be happy to take a look for you. Look forward to hearing from you!

My washer will not accept water, will this part solve problem?
For model number gtwn2800d1ww
PartSelect logo
Hi Jim, Thank you for the question. If the appliance is not filling with water, I suggest replacing the Water Inlet valve. PartSelect Number: PS11721803. The Nozzle would not prevent the water from filling the appliance. Hope this helps!

I have water drilling into the machine from the inside water filler. It seems like this part will help stop that leak, correct?
For model number Whdsr417d0ww

Hi Katherine, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, first check the water fill nozzle, part number PS756806. If this does not help, then you may need to check the triple water valve, part number PS1022476. We hope this sorts out your problem!

For model number GTW180SSJOWW

Hi Lily, Thank you for your question. Based on what you described it sounds like the hose may not be secure where they are attached to the water inlet valve. You may need to tighten them. If you need new clamps, we do sell them. There is a kit of 2 hose clamps that you can purchase. The part number for the kit is PS270806. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
