Both frig Racks I ordered cracked in the middle from use over 15 yrs
took out all items off the shelves from frig - followed the instructions on Steve's video
installed 2 new racks replaced all items on the shelves everything worked fine

Was broken
The repair was not the issue. When I received it there was no protection packing, no invoice and if you call the number, no one is there to help. The rack was plastic with no protection in box and it was damaged. Tried to resolve this matter with no response. Will never go through part select again.

I ordered a replacement door rack. The one i got is too big, about 23". I need one about 21-1/2". The part no. On the broken rack is: 2405352

Hello Chris, thank you for your question. Going from the top down, the top (smaller) door rack is Part #: PS735098, the middle is Part #: PS734991 and the lower rack is Part #: PS735091. I hope this helps!
