Hello. I have a KitchenAid superba with that model number (well the only numbers on the range that i can read are kgst307h ? H9 so i think the missing letter is a w) anyway, the range works well and the oven works but the display panel lights sometimes don't turn on. Some weeks they are on but most weeks they are off but if i touch the buttons the instruments work, so it seems to only be the lights on the panel that don't work. Maybe i need a new control panel or maybe its a loose wire? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jill, Thank you for the question. Since the controls are working and it is just the display not lighting up the Electronic Control Board, PartSelect Number PS11747438 will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

How to replace control panel touch pad on this range
For model number KGRC608LSS0
Hello Andrew, Thank you for the question. You will need to pull the appliance out and locate the screws that hold the panel on and in place. Once the screws are removed you can unclip the glass. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!

Hello ! More and more often, the touchpad does seem to respond : Specially with the numerical, start and cancel/off positions. Once it works though, i have no problems with the oven itself. Which part could be responsible : Glass control panel/touchpad or electronic control board ? Is there a test i could do to answer the question ? Thanks.

KitchenAid Superba range. The LED numbers no longer illuminate and sometimes it just starts beeping 3 beeps at a time every 15 seconds or so. Switching the power off and resetting stops the beeping for a while (and the panel is even operative) but it starts back to beeping after some period of time. Does this sound like the glass Control Panel or the board. (If its the board I think we'll have to junk it, given the high price and special order status of the part.)
