broken glass insert over refrigerator drawers
I called in because the model # of the refrigerator did not show up on the website. The cust. srvc. rep looked it up and found the part. we droppedthe crsper pan glass insert while cleaning the refrigarter and it shattered, the crisper pan ciover lip was chipped.
Easiest way to install was to insert the cover first then insert the glass insert being sure to tilt a little and inert under the shallow lip at the front of the cover. Not a good idea to assemble before inserting in the fridge. When cleaning the refrigerator shelves in the past I took then out of the refrigerator, cleaned them and re-installed in the method above. Just was not careful enough removing when I dropped the glass

The glass shelf broke above the 2 drawers on the bottom
Just lay the new glass shelf into the groves. The shelf was too big and would not fit properly down into the groves.

Two glass panels exploded on the shelf that also has one drawer hanging from the shelf.How do i get this replaced?

Hello Joan, thank you for your question. The glass panel that covers the plain shelf, and the shelf with the small snack/deli drawer is part number PartSelect Number PS429970. The glass panel that covers the 2 larger crisper drawers at the bottom of the unit is PartSelect Number PS429964. I hope this helps!

Are the dimensions exactly 17 x 24? It appears the opening on ours is 17 14 x 23 3/4 so want to make sure it fits before ordering.
