The salesman that helped me with this purchase was excellent This is the third time this part has malfunctioned since purchasing the LG Microwave in 5 years, and we rarely and I mean rarely, as I do not use the push out exhaust extension. I have 3 LG appliances and will NEVER buy another one and advise family not to buy it either. very disappointed in the quality and I realize my opinion is really not important, but you asked, I answered Hope LG works on their quality controlI gave it one star as it would not allow me to give a nothing star

Was easy to install after taking the slide tray out from under the microwave.
