Broken plastic parts
Cleaned the refrigerator as the old parts were removed. Installed new parts as the old parts were removed so as to easily identify the replacement parts. the left drawer slide rail was broken from years of use.
First I removed the vegetable drawer and glass shelf. I matched up the 'new' drawer slide rail next to the broken slide.
I then used a phillips head screwdriver to remove the 2 screws that held the slide in place.
After removing the broken slide rail, I installed the new rail, replaced the vegetable drawer and glass shelf. New item worked like a charm.
The drawer slide arrived really quick after my order was placed. Approx. 2 days after ordering the part, it was on my front door step.

Old parts broken and or cracked so drawers didn't open easily and shelves were uneven
First I removed the drawers and shelves. Then I removed the left and right trim pans (1 screw ea). Next I removed the two screws (8 total) for each of the left and right drawer slide rails and rail assemblies. Then I spent way too much time cleaning the bottom half of my refrigerator, the shelves and drawers! After finishing the cleaning, I installed the lower left and ride slide rails (2 screws ea). Then I installed the upper left and right slide rails (2 screws ea). I then installed the left and right trim pans (1 screw ea). After that I set the bottom shelf and drawer in and then did the upper shelf and drawer.

The packaging was OEM, clearly marked too. The hardest part of the job was cleaning my refrigerator!

Ice maker and water dispenser did not work
I ordered the parts to repair my two drawers in the refridgerator. MY daughter climbed on them to reach the top shelf. While I was ordering the parts for the drawers, I thought I would find out if I could fix the ice and water dispenser. I looked up the model number and found the parts I thought would fix it...I read other customers repairs and figured it was the mother board. I ordered it on Thursday night, received it on Saturday and fixed it less than ten minutes. The video repairman was so helpful, I watched it a couple of times and felt confident to do the repair. My son was very proud of his mom...now we have ice, water and drawers that open and close......

When you say left and right rails, do you judge the sides by facing the inside of the fridge?
For model number GSE25ETHCCC
PartSelect logo
Hello Lori, Thank you for the great question. It will be your left or right as you stand in front of the appliance facing it. We hope this information is useful!

The tray that the ice falls into sits on two plastic pieces about 3 inches wide. One broke
For model number Tfx26krdaww
PartSelect logo
Hello Gary, thank you for your question. The two pieces you are talking about are the ice bucket support rails. Ice Bucket Support - Left Side Part Number: PS305237 and Ice Bucket Support - Right Side Part Number: PS305238. You determine left and right side pieces as you're looking into the freezer, not as if you're sitting inside of it. Good luck with your repair!

Does this part come with the 3 bearing slides?
For model number WR72X239
PartSelect logo
Hello Robert, thank you for your question. This rail does not come with the three bearing slides, those would have to be ordered separately. The part number for the slide bearing is WR1X2048. I hope this helps!
