I have a slow drip/leak of water in ceiling of refrigerator compartment coming from rear center approximately. I don’t think it’s just condensation, but maybe? Is it or what else could it be?
For model number TBX18NAYCRWH
Hello Bert, Thank you for the question. This could be caused by a clogged Drain Tube in the freezer. It is normal to have water during the defrost cycle, however it should drain into the evaporator pan. We hope this helps!

This is kind of a follow-up to Bert's question on 9/1/21. My fridge is dripping/leaking from the freezer into the fridge, just like Bert's. A clogged drain tube is the most likely cause I can think of right now. What's the best way to confirm that's the problem, and what's the best way to fix it? Thank you!
For model number GTH18GBDHRBB
Hello Ed, Thank you for the question. We suggest forcing Hot Soapy Water through the drain with a Turkey baster and a Pipe Cleaner. This should clear any clogs. Then you can watch for the leaking or water puddle. We hope this helps!

Timer Defrost : Hello i have water on the floor of my freezer and water on my first tablet of my fridge. does timer defrost it`s the cause ? thank you ! Excuse my text i dont speak ! Sorry!
For model number GTS18PBRWRWW
Hello Yvan, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the drain tube. Mostly a clogged drain tube can cause such an issue. If you think the defrost cycle is too frequent then the defrost timer, part number PS310990, can be a culprit. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!
