My right front burner does not come on, when i turn on the switch. The indicator light on the knob, turns red, and flicks on and off. Could it be the switch, or burner? Also, my right rear burner, turns on sometimes, and the light on the knob comes on, but other times, it doesn't come on, and the light on the knob also doesn't come on. Is this a switch or burner problem?

Hello Wayne, thank you for your question. That sounds like issues with the burner switches. We would recommend testing those switches to determine if they are faulty. Here is a link that will provide testing information for the switches. https://www.partselect.com/Range-Stove-Oven+Infinite-Switch-Testing+repair.htm If the switches are tested and are fine, the burners should be replaced. I hope this helps.

The front left burner wasn't working. Changed heating element still isn't working. Red light on knob goes on when turned to heat. No blinking it working. Do you think surface element switch would fix the problem? Thanks

Hello Mary, thank you for the question. I looked up the right front surface burner switch for your model and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There are no part substitutions listed. Our suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. We hope this helps.

The switch wp9763760 does work for dual and single top heating elements
For model number Kesa907pss01

Hello Patrick, thank you for your inquiry. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Infinite switch for your all four elements is part number PS11747405. Before replacing it, we would recommend checking the wiring passing through the terminal block. Maybe a damaged wiring is causing the stovetop to stop working. We hope this helps.

The two dual burners on my range no longer work. When I turn them on (any setting (single or dual)), they element starts to heat up, then the red on indicator light clicks on and off and the elements do not heat up. Is this the infinite switch or the burner that is broken?

Hi Nora, Thank you for your question. If the burners are not turning on the issue would be the switches and you will need to replace them. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
