Rack finally arrived after several months on back order. Rack as advertised however it did not come with the back RH adjustable pieces (2)? but it did come with the removable utensil holder? Very expensive .

Lower basket was dry rotting
Not being very computer literate, the most difficult part of the entire venture was navigating your web site. But I finally found the part I needed. I paid on line with a credit card, and received the part within a few days. I popped it in the dishwasher, and it took three days before my son noticed it. He was surprised and I was proud to say " I ordered it on line." All's well that end's well. I would difinately use your service again.

Original dishrack dry rotted out
The repair was as easy as 1, 2, 3.. 1) Open box that the new dishrack was shipped in from PartSelect. 2) Take old and dry rotted dishrack out of my dishwasher. 3) Place new dishrack into my dishwasher.
Less than 5 minutes.

Silverware basket had broken through on the bottom and silverware would not stay in. Handle was tricky to put on. Bottom rack one of the adjustable racks had broken.
Racks rusted ,mounting bracket broken, seal leaked
replaced racks easy, pulled dishwasher out to replace seal and used pro-apoxy to secure bracked to washer, as both brackets were lose and would not clip in location.

We took out old racks and installed the new ones. On another note, after ordering (or trying to order) parts from appliances older than 10 years old several times, I think manufacturers stop making parts after 10 years. So if you're thinking of replacing a part on an older appliance, try to look for it sooner than later.
You just remove the old unit and set in the new unit. the wheels were already connected.

Plastic tongs were decaying in some areas.
No repair needed, just inserted the new dishrack. My only complaint is the lack of upright tongs in half of the rear section of the rack. This limits the number of dishes that can be stored. My original rack had tongs in all areas which better suited my needs. If there is a replacement that better suits my needs I would like an exchange.

I just need upper and lower racks nothing else. Mine have rusted away

Hello Betty, Thank you for contacting us. Upon reviewing the model I show that the part number for the lower rack is PS2367522. However the top rack has been discontinued unfortunately. I suggest contacting the manufacturer directly to inquire whether or not that have a replacement for part number W10120525. Hope this helps!

Rack is leaving rust spots on my dishes. The replacement rack is $274.74. It does not include tines. What are they? Is there something I can put on the rust spots on my rack? The rack is half the price of a new dishwasher!

Which tine clips (model#) are the correct replacement for fold down tines in lower rack?

Does this "lower basket kit" (pn ps2367522) include all parts that attach to it as delivered new? The tines started showing rust when it was barely a year old and finally several of them rusted completely through and fell off. This seems to be a common complaint. My plates all have rust spots on the edges. Also the folding tines have missing brackets so i have them zip tied. Do the folding tines and clips come with the "kit"?
