For some Kenmore refrigerators the model number can no longer be found in parts retailer's records. In this situation you will have to guess at the part number you need. Be aware that this part number 240364790 which measures 21 inches front to back can be mistaken for part number 240364793 which measures 19.5 inches front to back. Also this part has 2 sliders while the other has only 1 slider. I made this mistake and PartSelect was quite good about taking back the incorrect part back and refunding my money.

Plastic frame broken
Lifted out old part, removed glass shelf and slid it into position in new frame. Reploaced the frame in refridgerator. Slid plastic storage bins into place. Job Done.

broken crisper drawer and frame
the parts were exactly right and fit perfectly. they came quickly and arrived in great shape. I simply removed the broken pieces and replaced them with the new plastic frame to hold the crisper pans and the new pan.
The refrigerator crisper pan cover cracked in the front center.
I removed the glass from the cover, removed the 2 crispier pans and removed and discarded the broken cover. I installed the new cover by making sure the back was flush against the back wall of the refrigerator. After that I replaced the glass and drawers and it was as good as new.

we droppedthe crsper pan glass insert while cleaning the refrigarter and it shattered, the crisper pan ciover lip was chipped.
Easiest way to install was to insert the cover first then insert the glass insert being sure to tilt a little and inert under the shallow lip at the front of the cover. Not a good idea to assemble before inserting in the fridge. When cleaning the refrigerator shelves in the past I took then out of the refrigerator, cleaned them and re-installed in the method above. Just was not careful enough removing when I dropped the glass
Took out the broken crisper pan cover and replaced it with the new one Took out the support rail frame turned it over unscrewed the support rail and replaced it with the new one. Repair time 5 mins.
New Piece arrived and we just put it in. No problem. Very pleased with the service and the turnaround time was great. Thank you.

My refrigerator is made with cheap plastic shelves and drawers which cracked within 2 years.I need to replace but don't know where to find part number to match with your diagrams. My crisper drawer shelf frame just sits on extended plastic on the side of the refrigerator inside walls there is no place to slip anything in.How can I replace so that I can also get new drawers and remove the ones that I had to duct tape together? We need to replace our Electrolux crisper cover because the plastic right edge has broken. I would like to know the size of the actual cover. I don’t have access to our refrigerator to take the measurement myself because i am on the mainland and our refrigerator is back in hawaii. There is water collecting under the crisper bins.

Hello Cynthia, thank you for your question. The main reason for this water issue is a clogged Drain tube PS430889. The Drain Tube is normally located towards the back corner at the bottom of the unit. The drain can be cleaned with a pipe cleaner or replaced. We are pleased to have been able to help.
