I'm looking for the side louvers with the frame. Your parts list shows the complete assembly, but when ordering, it shows only the side louvers but no frame. Does the frame come with the louvers or not? If not, how can we order the side frame that accommodate the louvers?

I need the left widow slide frame, it measures 13 5/8...i have supplied the correct model and i have ordered 3 different ones, but all three came in too large, measuring 17”. can you check to see the keith of this part number.
