2nd Time a knob broke

Does the replacement rotary knob come with the two small plastic pieces (d-shaped plastic rod and black rectangular frame for it) that connect into the machine or is it literally just the knob that gets slide on to the d-shaped plastic rod?

I see the d-shaped shaft is sold separately, is that available on your site?

START KNOB is intact. It appears that the shaft extending from the start module inside the panel is stripped. The start knob freely twists when attempting to turn dryer on.
