Once the preheat reaches it's temperature, the upper heat coil does not go off

Hi Rory, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking the temperature sensor, part number PS16630998. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

Baking coil cycle, convection only coil cycle and broil coil cycle all heat up very slowly and neither get to temperature that was set for Could this be the temperature sensor?
