We think a rat may have eaten an electric wire. The oven will not work nor will the digital clock and temperature panel.
For model number RGB845WEC3WW
Hi Melanie,
Thank you for your inquiry. Where your oven is not working, you will need to check the wiring connected to the electronic control board to see if the rat damaged it. I would also check the power cord to see if that is damaged. Once you have determined which part is causing the issue you may contact us back and we can verify if we have the parts available for you. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My oven heats up but it does not hold temperature. Why is that?
For model number JGB910WEC3WW
Hello Martin,
Thanks for your question. This may be due to an issue with the igniter, the valves, or the temperature sensor. These parts can be tested with a multi-meter to ensure continuity, and you should replace them if they do not show continuity.
I hope this helps.
